At Dheera Stitches, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Customized or sale items are non-returnable. Replacements are available only for damaged, defective, or wrong products, reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or bank account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
